Terms and Conditions
All designs and products are original and copyrighted by Dianne J. Hook. The
purchaser (you) of any DJ Inker's products is limited to producing the designs
for personal and non-commercial use ONLY. You can't use any of the designs
for business items at all, creating for boutiques, sharing or giving away copies
of cd's, books, etc. It's very dishonest!! Thanks!!
Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy
Our “pinky swear” Promise to YOU!
If you have any questions or concerns with your order, or any product you’ve
purchased from our catalog…please feel free to call us at 1-800-325-4890
and we will make it right for you. If you’re not satisfied… we
promise a quick, sure-smilin’ refund or exchange on all products purchased
within 30 days. CD’s should not be opened to receive a refund or exchange.
Delivery Policy
All products are shipped through the US Postal System Priority Mail where
available. Once an order is received in our office, if the product is in stock,
the order is processed and sent within 1 to 2 business days. All priority mail
should arrive within 5- 7 business days.
If you need your order speedy quick, the customer may request UPS 2nd Day
delivery for an additional charge. You must provide an address (not
a PO Box) to have UPS deliver.
International Orders are sent Global Priority or US Post Ground and there
is an additional charge for all International Orders. Delivery times vary per
location.
License Agreement for CD’s
The designs/fonts contained in the CD packages are protected by United States
copyright laws. Permission is herby granted WITH PURCHASE to use these designs/fonts
on a limited basis for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Copying or allowing the copying of
these images/fonts and diskettes for resale or commercial gain is forbidden!
Copying or allowing the copying of these images/fonts and CD’s to give
to another person is also forbidden. Legal action will be taken against anyone
violating this agreement.
Each package is to be used by a single user. Installing the files on any kind
of network is prohibited unless one package is purchased for each and every
user potentially accessing the network at any given time. Site Licenses are
available; call our office 1-800-325-4890 for details.
Limited Warranty
CD’s are guaranteed against defects under normal use for thirty (30)
days from the date of purchase as evidenced by a copy of the invoice from DJ
Inker’s and will be replaced if unworkable problems are encountered.
If it is determined that the CD is defective at the time of purchase, please
e-mail smiles@djinkers.com. The problem will be resolved free of charge. This
is only for defective CD’s. This does not include damaged disks that
were accidentally inserted into the toaster with a pop-tart or left in a
car on a hot day.
