Synopsis: This USUALLY happens when your connection is too slow or inconsistent (ie. wifi) OR if the connection is having problems. It also tends to be the larger download files that you may have trouble with. First... delete any 'invalid/corrupt' download files that you saved. Get a better internet connection if possible... or simply restart your computer & try downloading again. See details for more options & info...

Make sure you double check your internet connection, cables & modem to make sure everything is working at the correct speed. Bad weather & construction in your area can also cause connection problems. DON'T WORRY! We can always send you new links if you miss your 72 hour window. Just email us with your order # & we will be happy to take care of you. smiles@djinkers.com

First... delete any 'invalid/corrupt' download files that you saved. Get a better internet connection if possible... or simply restart your computer & try downloading again. We would also recommend that you choose 'Save As' and choose a VERY easy place to find on your computer (ie. desktop or documents).

If you're still having trouble... we highly recommend trying a different internet browser to download your links from. Internet Explorer causes the most downloading problems. The best option is 'Mozilla Firefox.' You can click here to visit their website & download this browser... You can also try: 'Google Chrome' or 'Safari' if you prefer.

If you're still having trouble... try clearing your 'temporary internet files' and then try your download links again. To do this (on a PC/Windows computer):
1. Delete any previously downloaded folders (from these links) that you may have stored on your computer.
2. Look at the top menu of your internet browser & click on 'Tools.' Choose 'delete browsing history.' You will see a pop-up menu to select what you want to delete. Make sure that temporary internet files' is check-marked & click delete. Whether you want to delete the other options is up to you... it just helps clean your computer.
2b. If you don't see those options on your browser, you can do this from your Control Panel. Click on the Internet Options icon (if you do not see this option click the button on the left for 'Classic View') and delete your temporary internet files. (Click the delete button under 'Browsing History' & you will see a pop-up menu to select what you want to delete. Make sure that temporary internet files' is check-marked & click delete. Whether you want to delete the other options is up to you... it just helps clean your computer.)
3. Go to your email or view your order on the DJ website & download the file again. (It can also help to save the files to a different location than where your normally save your downloads to. So for example, if you typically save your downloaded files to your download folder then this time save to your desktop, or vice versa.)

For Mac users: it depends on the browser you are using. Click here for details...

If you're still having trouble... we would probably suggest our CD burning option for your downloads at this point. Just add the order ID/invoice# to your order notes when you place a CD burn order & we'll add those downloads to your CD burn. Feel free to contact us for more info: smiles@djinkers.com.
