This DJ Inkers commercial license agreement is an addendum to the original purchase and documents. Add-on B allows the purchaser ONE additional designer to work for (and in behalf of) the original purchaser. Sold ONLY with purchase of original license. This license is to allow ONE additional person (within the same company/team/small business) to create & sell derivative designs (projects made with DJ Inker's clip art &/or fonts). Sites may include: Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, Teachers Notebook, art share sites, non-profit sites etc. (You only need a license if you are SELLING your projects.)
This DJ Inker's commercial license is effective for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This license is non-transferable (and covers only the original purchaser). All derivative projects created and posted for sale by that purchaser are covered under this license. This license extends to the purchaser's computer(s) only.
This license will allow YOU (the purchaser) to design & sell projects to customers that will be the end user of the product. You may NOT sell your designs to a company or another individual seller for any reason.
You MUST display your license # on all product descriptions, & give visible credit to DJ Inkers for graphics &/or fonts used somewhere on your project.
This license is NOT extended to large businesses. DJ products may NOT be used in mass production or to create business identifying products (ie. logos, business websites, business cards, letterheads etc.). Click here for more specifics on business use.
