Synopsis: How to install DJ fonts for MAC computers (instructions for font downloads OR CD's).

If your system is 7.0x or higher then: Close all open programs. Insert the CD (or save the download file & extract download contents if needed). When you're viewing the contents of the CD/download, open the fonts folder. Most MACs will allow you to double click on the .TTF file, then a separate window opens with a button to click that reads "Install Font." Repeat the process for each font... or select all to install several at once. Often, a reboot is needed for the fonts to appear in your word program list.

If the previous option does not work for you, instead open the fonts folder/font book within the System folder on your hard drive. Leave this window open & switch to your DJ CD/download window. Select the font files (.ttf files) you wish to install (ctrl+click to select multiples). Then, holding your mouse button down, drag them over your open 'fonts folder' & then release your mouse click. Click the OK button if a confirmation message that appears.

If your system is 6.0.5(x) with TrueType INIT & Font/DA Mover 4.1 then: Close all open programs. Insert the CD and double click the font suitcase. Click on one of the font suitcases. This will start Font/DA Mover. Click the Open button and open your system file. Select the desired fonts and click the Copy button. Click the Quit button. Choose Restart from the special menu to ensure correct installation of the font.
